Set-up and collection generally take approximately 15–20 minutes, although this can vary depending on the equipment hired and ease of access to the site.

Do you offer overnight hire?
No, we do not offer overnight hire.
However, late collection may be available if arranged with us at the time of booking.
What preparations do I need to make before delivery?
Our equipment is transported using a sack trolley, so we require a minimum clear access width of 3 feet.
Before we arrive, please ensure:
- All access routes and paths are clear.
- The proposed site is reasonably level.
- The area is free from stones, sharp objects, dog mess and other hazards.
- The area is not excessively muddy.
- Any overhanging trees or bushes are trimmed back before our arrival.
- The inflatable has sufficient clearance and is not positioned against shrubs, trees, fences or other obstructions.
- Barbecues are positioned at least 25 feet away from the inflatable.
We reserve the right to refuse installation if the site is considered unsafe or unsuitable.
Please note that full payment will still be required if we arrive at the venue and are unable to install the equipment due to an unsuitable or unsafe site.
How much space do I need?
The dimensions of each inflatable are provided on our website.
As a general guide, you should also allow approximately:
- 4 feet at the front for the safety crash mats, which are supplied as standard.
- 4 feet at the rear for the inflation fan.
- 4 feet on either side for additional clearance.
For outdoor hires, there must be no overhanging branches within 3 feet of the top of the inflatable.
For indoor hires, there should be at least 2 feet of clearance between the inflatable and the ceiling or lighting.
If you are unsure whether you have sufficient space, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to advise.
What electricity supply is required?
We require access to a standard mains electricity supply within 25 metres of where the inflatable will be installed.
Can you set up a bouncy castle on a patio or driveway?
No. For safety reasons, outdoor inflatables must be installed on a reasonably flat grassed area so that they can be securely anchored to the ground.
Can you set up a bouncy castle in a hall?
Yes. All of our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor use in suitable halls and venues.
Before booking a hall, we recommend checking with the venue to confirm the available floor space and ceiling height. You should also ensure that the venue permits inflatable hire.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Many of our inflatables are fitted with shower covers. However, the safety of our customers and equipment always comes first.
If adverse weather conditions are forecast, we will contact you to discuss whether it is safe and appropriate to proceed with your booking.
If we have to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
Where possible, we may also offer the option to reschedule your booking for a future date.
What is your cancellation policy?
If we cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Providing as much notice as possible may give us the opportunity to re-hire the equipment to another customer.
Please note that the 20% booking fee is non-refundable.
Are there any safety instructions I need to be aware of?
Yes. Your safety and the safety of those using our equipment is extremely important to us.
You will be required to read and sign our Terms and Conditions of Hire and will receive safety instructions before the inflatable is used.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is properly supervised at all times and that all safety instructions are followed.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
